Before joining Steelhead Composites, Candice held leadership roles in collections and account management at CAE and two other prominent manufacturing companies, where she was instrumental in process improvements, staff training, and customer engagement. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Management & Communications from Concordia University-St. Paul and has pursued further studies in business management.
